I'm Bernard Eno, a land and property agent based in Abuja. I've been helping people buy land in Abuja and Nasarawa State since 2025, mostly in Nasarawa and the Federal Capital Territory.

I got into this work because good and affordable land is genuinely hard to find, and too many buyers only discover that after they have paid. I do the searching and the checking so you don't have to learn the hard way.

Every listing on this site shows its price, size, location and title document, so you know what you are looking at before you visit. I also tell buyers plainly when a plot is not right for them.

How I work. You message me about a plot. I send you the documents I have and answer your questions. We arrange an inspection, and I encourage you to bring your own lawyer and a licensed surveyor. Nothing is paid until the title has been checked, and everything is agreed in writing.

Who I work with. I work with buyers in Nigeria and those in diaspora, first-time buyers, investors, developers, etc.
